Colors changing when going from Corel to Wilcom e3

Good morning, first question.  I have a baby lock Valiant.  I am using Wilcom e3 and Corel x6.

When I make a design in Corel x6 (using the "CorelDraw Graphics" button in e3  I make the design and assign colors such as Black, White, Red, etc.  When I Convert the design to e3 it changes the stitched colors to Murky Green, Silver, etc. 

How do I keep the integrity of the colors across these two platforms.  Also I need to do this so the machine recognizes the correct color when I import it.  It's also changing the colors to colors not on my spool assignments.

Thanks for any assistance, This is about the only thing I haven't figured out and I'm pretty sure it's something simple.
